The Sanitary Water Purification System from TianSure is engineered for applications where hygienic design and reliable purified water quality are critical. Designed according to GMP, USP and EP guidelines, the system is widely used in pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic and medical device manufacturing.
Description
Working Principle
Raw water is first treated through a sanitary pre-treatment section including multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration and softening to remove suspended solids, chlorine and hardness. The water then enters the RO purification stage to remove dissolved salts and microorganisms. For higher purity requirements, an EDI polishing module can be integrated. Purified water is stored in a 316L stainless steel tank and circulated through a hygienic loop to maintain water quality and prevent microbial growth.
